ROWN POINT WORKONE

			CURRENT and NEW WorkOne Clients are being directed to the Gary WorkOne where Crown Point Career Advisors will be relocated. Current WorkOne customers working with a career advisor can also make an appointment to meet with their advisor at the Crown Point WorkOne office at Lakeview Square Shopping Center-Adult Learning Center starting on July 9, 2012.
			GARY WORKONE Village Shopping Center 3522 Village Circle (off Grant Street) � Gary; Day/Hours: Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri from 8:00am-4:30pm and Thursday from 10:00am-4:30pm; Phone: 219-981-1520. CROWN POINT ADULT LEARNING CENTER This site opens July 9th and is open to CURRENT WorkOne customers working with a career advisor. AST CHICAGO WORKONE

			CURRENT and NEW WorkOne Clients can visit the Hammond WorkOne in Hammond, where East Chicago Career Advisors will be temporarily relocated.
			HAMMOND WORKONE 5265 Hohman Avenue-Hammond Days/Hours: Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri from 8:00am-4:30pm and Wednesday from 10:00am-4:30pm; Phone: 219-933-8332.
			WorkOne Access Points* Holistic Community Coalition NFP 3724 W. Main St. East Chicago, Indiana; Open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Whiting Public Library 1735 Oliver Street Whiting, Indiana; Open Monday-Thursday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
			*Access Points: Access Points are self-service locations, where individuals can use specific computers to file unemployment claims, update resumes on Indiana Career Connect (ICC), conduct and check emails related to job search, schedule an appointment with a WorkOne Career Advisor. In addition, the computers at Access Points can be used by individuals to take a MindLeaders� course and access the Worldwide Interactive Network (WIN).

ICHIGAN CITY WORKONE
CURRENT and NEW WorkOne Clients are being directed to the La Porte WorkOne.
LA PORTE WORKONE
Sagamore Parkway, 300 Legacy Plaza West, La Porte.

			CURRENT and NEW WorkOne Clients are being directed to the Portage WorkOne, where Valparaiso Career Advisors will be relocated. Current WorkOne customers working with a career advisor can also make an appointment to meet with their advisor at Housing Opportunities beginning on July 9, 2012.
