The NWIWB Briefs publication provides employers throughout northwest Indiana with insights into how the Northwest Indiana Workforce Board (NWIWB) goes about its business so that employers will have access to a 400,000-member regional workforce growing stronger in both job-specific abilities as well as soft skills so vital to on-the-job productivity.

The board describes its mission
